I guarantee to despatch your order within three working days from receipt of your payment. Usually. I despatch on the Monday or Thursday after receipt of your order.
If one of your items goes into back order, it means I need to crack on and dye it! I can usually turn this around within my guaranteed three working days, however sometimes I’m waiting on yarn base deliveries and may not be able to do that. In the event of a delay, I’ll get back to you immediately I receive your order, and let you know what the likely delivery times will be. You will, of course, be entitled to a full refund if the lead time isn’t suitable to you.
Payment is made via Paypal (you don’t need a PayPal account, however). I endeavour to ship your purchases within 3 business days of your payment. If you need to cancel a transaction, please contact me as soon as you can.
Shipping is charged at cost plus a small charge for packing materials.
I ship first class within the UK. If you’d rather have me send it second class, please send me a note in the message box on the checkout page and I’ll send you a revised invoice or refund your difference.
I send international parcels via standard airmail, but I can also send then ‘Signed For’. If you want me to change the shipping method, just let me know and I’ll let you know what the price is. For international shipments, please wait at least 15 days before thinking it’s gone AWOL. Customs can be a real pain.
I don’t include insurance in the delivery price, and unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of a package while it’s in transit. If you want insurance on your package, or recorded delivery, please let me know and I’ll send you a revised invoice. If your package has gone missing, let me know as soon as possible and I’ll see what I can do to track it down from my end.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you decide that the yarn or fibre batt isn’t completely to your satisfaction, you can return it to me within 7 days and I will refund the purchase price (but not delivery and return charges). Items returned must be unused, and in the same condition that they were received in. Cancellation of orders prior to despatch will incur a PayPal charge payable by the buyer.

I’m more than happy to take custom orders – I love them – so if you want something you can’t see in my shop, contact me and we can discuss your needs. Most of my semi-solids are repeatable colourways, and many of the variegated yarns are too, so if you see a colour in my back-catalogue you like – just contact me.
